The role would be to manage a client portfolio of which will be companies turning over between £1 Million and £100 Million, developing and managing staff and to have an active involvement in the smooth running and further growth of the audit team. You will: Manage a portfolio of clients from various sectors with turnovers up to £100 Million Deliver high quality audits to clients in sectors such as advertising, recruitment, retail, property, and more with support from the wider audit team to deliver the onsite work Manage, train and develop staff at all levels Work on advisory assignments as and when required Work alongside other directors on networking and business development initiatives You have: ACA or ACCA qualification with RI status or working towards Significant experience in audit as well as strong financial reporting knowledge Strong technical knowledge with UK accounting and International auditing standards Experience with Group audits What you will get: A competitive salary and benefits package A really flexible working environment Potential to work towards becoming an equity partner
