As an Audit Director you will be a Responsible Individual focused on delivering and signing off high‑quality audits while playing a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the team, business development, and fostering an inclusive culture. We are looking for experienced RIs who have a high audit quality rating, operate in either the listed or mid‑market space, and have a passion for coaching teams to success and building long‑standing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and sign off high‑quality audits in compliance with professional standards.
  • Lead the strategic growth of your audit team, driving business development and client relationship building.
  • Coach and develop audit staff to achieve quality and performance goals.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative and high‑performing culture within the practice.

Qualifications

  • Existing Recognition/Identification (RI) status with a superior audit quality rating.
  • Significant experience in the listed or mid‑market sector.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing audit teams.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to build enduring relationships.
