Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join an established, innovative firm in their Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.
Duties undertaken by an Audit Manager:
\n
Managing a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong relationships, and providing sound financial guidance.
\n
Preparing and reviewing annual accounts, corporation tax computations, and VAT returns.
\n
Leading and mentoring junior team members, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
\n
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
\n
Contributing to ad-hoc projects and special assignments when required.
\n
Demonstrate expertise in accounting, VAT, taxation, and general business advisory services aligned with our client needs.
\n
Requirements to qualify for the Audit Manager role:
\n
Ideally hold 5+ years' experience working within a UK accounting practice.
\n
ACCA or ACA qualification would be advantageous
\n
QBE candidates will also be considered for this position.
\n
You must hold the right to fully work in the UK.
\n
