Joining the audit quality team allows you to be at the forefront of change and offers you a unique opportunity to help shape and develop practical initiatives to improve audit quality.The audit industry is continually evolving but the consistent theme is the increased focus on audit quality.We are looking for an Audit Quality Senior Manager to join our audit quality department. This is a national role, and this person can be based out of any of our UK offices.You’ll make an impact by:Completing pre‑issuance reviews of listed and high‑risk audit engagementsCollaborating across the business to develop, implement, and monitor quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit qualitySharing key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit qualityContributing to the ongoing development of quality initiatives as part of the audit quality enhancement planWhat we are looking for:ACA qualified (or equivalent)Experienced Senior Manager within Audit, strong candidates at Manager grade will also be consideredProven technical auditing and accounting skills with experience with listed and high‑risk audit engagementsPassion for improving audit quality, previous experience within an audit quality or methodology based role would be advantageousOutstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and provide constructive feedbackWhat we can offer you:Hybrid and flexible working27 days holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days)Lifestyle, health, and wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GPAccess to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse talent development teamDiversity and Inclusion at RSM.
