Vanrath T&C.doc (4) The Role You'll join a busy audit team delivering external audit engagements across a broad portfolio, with exposure to a strong mix of local and UK/ROI-linked clients. You will work closely with Managers and Partners, taking ownership of key areas on site and progressing towards leading smaller audits. What You Will Do Deliver audit fieldwork from planning through to completion, working to budget and deadlines Prepare high-quality audit files, including testing, documentation and file completion Draft accounts, management letters and points for discussion with clients Liaise directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries efficiently Support and coach junior team members on site, helping develop their technical and practical skills Contribute to continuous improvements in audit approach, systems and file quality What's in It for You Clear progression path to Supervisor/Assistant Manager, with genuine support from senior leadership Strong client exposure and breadth of work (not "same audit, every week") A friendly, down-to-earth culture with a collaborative team approach Flexible working arrangements (hybrid options depending on engagement needs) Competitive salary and benefits package, plus exam support where applicable Visa applications welcomed Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist (or equivalent) Strong audit experience gained within a practice environment Confident communicator with a professional, proactive approach to client service Well-organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities Experience supporting/mentoring junior staff (desirable) Visa applications welcomed (subject to standard eligibility criteria) ?????
