Reviewing deliverables and presenting results to clients with minimal supervision. Identifying critical audit issues and providing practical, actionable solutions. Mentoring and supporting junior team members through training and constructive feedback to foster their development. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact. Ensuring compliance with technical standards and overseeing advisory engagements. The Person: The successful Audit Supervisor will meet the following criteria: Take full ownership of audit assignments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional value-added services. Hold relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA). Possess 3-4 years of hands-on audit experience across a range of clients and industries. Demonstrated ability to manage a client portfolio and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
