Role: Auditor
Pay: £150 a dayplus benefits

• We are seeking an energetic, organised, and customer-focused team member to join our growing Water Efficiency team.
• This hands-on role involves visiting customers homes to install water-saving devices, resolve minor internal leaks, and provide tailored advice on reducing water use.
• There is also option to work in a non household role with less canvassing
• The ideal candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workload to meet installation and service targets.
• Youll play a key role in helping households save water, improve efficiency, and reduce waste all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Tasks

• Install light-touch water-saving devices in customers homes
• Identify and repair minor leaks within your training remit
• Carry out Home Water MOTs, including meter readings, flow rate tests, and leak checks
• Provide tailored water efficiency and behavioural change advice to customers
• Manage daily appointments using the project CRM system and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work
• Maintain accurate stock levels and follow all Health & Safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the Plumbing Supervisor and wider project team to achieve targets
