  • Contribute to MDT discussions, formulations, and intervention planning
  • Provide parent coaching and input into early intervention strategies (e.g. PACT or ESDM, if trained)
  • Collaborate closely with medical consultants to maintain excellence in diagnostic care
  • Participate in service reflection, CPD activities, and clinical audits as needed

Essential Candidate Requirements:

  • HCPC Registration as a Psychologist, or Speech & Language Therapist
  • ADOS qualification
  • Significant experience in autism assessments, including administration of ADOS-2
  • Excellent report writing and collaborative clinical skills
  • Confident working independently and engaging with children and families
  • Strong professional integrity and reflective practice ethos

Employment Benefits:

  • 25 Days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
  • Private health insurance
  • Employee discount and award system
  • Private pension scheme
  • Continuous professional development
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Life insurance
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Electric vehicle scheme
  • Free mortgage advisor

Sessional Work:

We also welcome applications from clinicians interested in sessional work.

  • This involves conducting up to 3 face to face ADOS-2 assessments per day in clinic.
  • The expectation is to work 2 clinic days per week, carrying out 4–6 assessments across those days.
  • Clinicians are given up to 2 weeks to submit completed reports following the assessment.
  • The rate is £200 per completed session (ADOS incl. report). Alternatively, an hourly rate can be agreed depending on preference.
