What youll be doing:
Delivering 1:1 structured support tailored to each childs needs

Helping children develop social, communication, and life skills

Supporting the implementation of individualised learning plans and behaviour strategies

Promoting independence, confidence, and resilience

Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

What were looking for:
Experience working in SEN, autism, or teaching assistant roles

Knowledge of EHCPs, behaviour strategies, and classroom support techniques

A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

Driving licence preferred
