Automation Engineer (Sub-contract)

V7 Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organization within the fire and security / access solutions sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking to recruit experienced Automatic Door Engineers for service and maintenance work across Central London.

The Role Work Type: Service & Maintenance Systems Covered: Automatic Doors: Swing, Sliding, Bi-Fold Industrial Doors: Roller Shutters, Sectional Overhead Entrance Systems: Gates, Barriers & Access ControlRequirements Proven experience in servicing and maintaining automatic doors, shutters, gates, and/or barrier systems Ability to fault find and carry out repairs independently Experience working on commercial or high-traffic environments Relevant industry qualifications (desirable but not essential): ADSA, DHF, ADIA, Gate Safe DBS check (or willingness to obtain)What’s on Offer Day Rate: £300 – £350 (depending on experience) Location: Central London Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (overtime opportunities available) Payment: WeeklyThis is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with a reputable client, offering consistent workload and the chance to work across a variety of high-profile sites.
