Applicants must be committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify electrical and vehicle faults. Perform repairs and maintenance on Cars,vans,commercial vehiles and plant electrical systems. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts Diagnose issues using specialised diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques Carry out heavy lifting of vehicle parts and components safely and effectively Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and work completed for each vehicle Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Assist in ordering parts and managing workshop inventory as required Good communication skills with customers. Skills Strong vehicle electrical knowledge with a solid understanding of automotive systems Proficiency in using hand tools,power tools and diagnostics machines for various repair tasks Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good organisational skills to manage multiple repairs efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship Local knowledge of Forfar and Angus would be advantageous. xehkeey Full Clean Driving Licence essential.
