About the Role

An established, family-run automotive specialist is seeking an experienced and skilled Mobile Auto Electrician to join its growing team. This role involves travelling to customer locations across the Home Counties to install a range of aftermarket vehicle accessories.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, capable of working independently, and confident managing installations efficiently within set timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile installation of aftermarket vehicle accessories for cars, vans, and HGVs
Installation of aftermarket and OEM products such as Trackers, Camera systems, Immobilisers, parking sensors and Other related accessories
Diagnosing and resolving auto electrical issues
Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle to a professional standard

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in vehicle accessory fitting or auto electrics
Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems
Ability to work independently and confidently in a mobile role
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Relevant vehicle fitting certifications (desirable but not essential)
