This is a 100% REMOTE Sales Training role in the MIDLANDS . Very exciting high impact role in which you will be delivering in-person and online - sales training to retail car dealerships . You will be visiting retail offices, coaching sales teams and contributing to increased vehicle sales, finance penetration and overall retailer profitability as well as better commissions for your trainees! You will be delivering in person- training, coaching sales teams and supporting dealerships in improving their processes. DUTIES

• In person deliver high‑impact sales training to car dealerships
• Check for skills shortfalls
• Help to continuously upskill new and existing retailers.
• Support car model launches
• Undertake event‑based training
• Develop eLearning modules, toolkits and classroom materials
• Identify underperforming retailers and deliver targeted performance‑improvement interventions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in delivery of automotive sales training .

• A background in sales process, customer experience
• Understanding of franchise retail operations.
