Qualifications

Must have experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

Ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for customers.
Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts.
Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments.
Managing high volume customer interactions.
Maintaining accurate customer records.
