The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced AV Commissioning Engineer with strong programming knowledge to join a well-established and growing high-end residential and commercial AV integrator.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys the technical detail of commissioning, programming, system optimisation, and client handover, working on bespoke AV and smart home installations across prestigious residential properties and commercial environments throughout London, Essex, and Kent.

You will play a key role in delivering fully integrated, reliable, and intuitive AV and control systems, working closely with installation teams, project managers, and end clients.

Key Responsibilities - Commissioning and final configuration of high-end AV and control systems - Programming, modifying, and fault-finding systems using: - Crestron Home & Crestron Custom - Control4 - Lutron Homework's - Testing, configuring, and optimising: - Audio distribution systems - Video distribution (HDBaseT, AV over IP) - Lighting control - Integrated control systems - Home cinema systems - Diagnosing and resolving software and system integration issues - Carrying out system upgrades, amendments, and refinements post-install - Working from schematics, ...
