Aviation Field Service Engineer Location: Southampton Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Salary: £55,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience) Excellent Benefits
Purpose of the job Become highly knowledgeable in the specifications, capabilities, and operation of Garmin avionic products, and provide technical support on Garmin products to customers and distributors.
Key Duties; Answer technical inquiries regarding Garmin products via telephone, email, and letters concerning operational, troubleshooting and avionics installation related issues. Receive and answer customer inquiries and requests regarding products, orders, pricing and other services offered. Work with customers to determine which products, accessories and plan of action best serve their individual needs.
