About the Job


Our Client who are a leading city law firm are looking for an Aviation Finance Paralegal with a minimum of a years worth of experience are keen to develop themselves within the aviation finance space. This is an amazing opportunity to progress into a more senior role (Qualification).


Key responsibilities


  • Supporting aircraft finance, leasing, sale and purchase transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing and organising aviation finance and security documentation
  • Preparing transaction checklists, closing bibles and post closing sets
  • Conducting due diligence and legal research relating to aviation finance matters
  • Liaising with clients, counterparties, financiers, lessors and external counsel
