Key responsibilities
Supporting aircraft finance, leasing, sale and purchase transactions
Drafting, reviewing and organising aviation finance and security documentation
Preparing transaction checklists, closing bibles and post closing sets
Conducting due diligence and legal research relating to aviation finance matters
Liaising with clients, counterparties, financiers, lessors and external counsel
