The Role

We are seeking an Aviation Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support our permanent recruitment desk, focused on placing skilled professionals across the aviation industry.

This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. You will work closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants, focusing primarily on candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline development across EU, UK and North American markets.

This role offers a clear progression path into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and internal databases
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate qualification calls
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future aviation roles
• Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms
• Support Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting and candidate management
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal CRM systems
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the aviation sector
• Stay informed on aviation industry trends and hiring activity
• Work towards agreed activity-based KPIs

Requirements

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong research and sourcing skills (LinkedIn or job board experience desirable but not essential)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A second European language is a plus, but not essential
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or administration is advantageous but not required.
