We are working with our client with their search for a for a AVP Syndicated Agency Loans Facility Agent to join their team on permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH. This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a Middle Office role for someone with an all-encompassing Back Office Loans Admin experience. The successful candidate, alongside the usual associated administrative processing for each deal, will be responsible for the additional lifecycle events driven by the facility documentation. Will also manage a section of the wider portfolio of complex Agency deals. As a transaction coordinator, end to end maintenance of the portfolio can include the tracking of financial and ESG covenants, security trustee responsibilities, collateral monitoring, borrowing base maintenance and front to back management of amendments and waivers.
