With a strong culture of inclusion, continuous learning, and career development, they offer the opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a truly global network.Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for an AWS Solution Architect to join a high-performing cloud team, working on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes.You'll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions, with a particular focus on enabling modern applications and AI-driven workloads. The role spans the full lifecycle - from architecture and design through to implementation - working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and engineers.You'll act as both a technical leader and trusted advisor, helping clients maximise the value of cloud technologies while remaining hands-on in delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing AWS cloud solutionsArchitecting and supporting cloud-native applications and modern infrastructureLeading end-to-end cloud migration programmes from legacy environmentsOptimising cloud cost, performance, and scalability (including GPU and serverless workloads)Developing and maintaining cloud architecture standards, frameworks, and best practicesImplementing robust cloud security controls and ensuring compliance with industry standardsCollaborating with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deploy applications and ML pipelinesProviding technical leadership and guidance across cloud-related initiativesEvaluating and recommending new cloud services and capabilitiesWhat They're Looking ForEssential:5+ years' experience designing and delivering cloud solutions (AWS preferred)Strong knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, Route 53)Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)Proven experience leading cloud migration strategies and implementationsStrong understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks (e.g. CIS, SOC2)Experience with DevOps tooling (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsDesirable:Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem integrationExposure to AI/ML workloads and data-driven platformsBackground in large-scale consulting or transformation programmesWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusPrivate medical insurance and generous pension25 days annual leave + additional benefitsAccess to industry-leading training and certificationsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud and AI programmesClear career progression within a global organisationReference: AMC/TRO/AMCPostcode: E1#throJBRP1_UKTJ
