As part of a strategic outbound sales campaign, your role will involve engaging senior decision-makers at large U.S.-based retailers and manufacturers, initiating intelligent, consultative conversations, and booking qualified sales appointments directly into the Sales Director’s diary.
This role is not about call volume it’s about insight, influence, and building high-quality sales opportunities in complex, long-cycle deals.

This is a premium, high-touch service — combining software with expert support sold into complex stakeholder environments over 12–18 month sales cycles and 6–7 figure budgets.
Key Responsibilities Conduct cold outreach to U.S.-based businesses (data provided) Engage sustainability, compliance, packaging, and own-brand leaders Uncover key challenges around data management and regulation Book high-quality appointments directly into the Sales Director’s diary Use Calendly and HubSpot to manage schedules and record interactions Provide clear follow-up communication and detailed call notes What We're Looking For Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or SDR roles Confident engaging senior-level decision-makers (VP, Director level) Strong communication and listening skills, with a consultative style Ability to quickly absorb technical detail and relay it credibly Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by outcomes Highly coachable and open to structured feedback Experience in SaaS, compliance, ESG, or sustainability is a bonus Additional Details Office-based in Leeds Late shift to match U.S.
