The role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team and support our international growth.

This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for generating new business, managing inbound leads and closing deals with international brands across multiple markets, including the UK, USA and Canada.

You will work closely with our regulatory experts to offer tailored solutions and build long-term partnerships with clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and convert new B2B clients across international markets
  • Manage inbound leads from marketing, events and LinkedIn
  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and translate them into regulatory service solutions
  • Collaborate with internal regulatory teams to deliver proposals
  • Contribute to the company’s growth across the UK, US and Canadian markets

Your profile

  • 0–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development or client-facing roles
  • Background or strong interest in life sciences, cosmetics, pharma or healthcare
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident speaking with clients and building relationships
  • Results-driven, proactive and commercially minded
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
