- Your Role
- As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored safety solutions that make a real difference.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support client needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly Sales Revenue: Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Lead Conversion Rate: Maintain a minimum conversion rate from qualified leads to closed deals
- Client Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Pipeline Growth: Maintain a healthy and growing sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
- Sales Activity Metrics: Meet weekly targets for calls, meetings, and proposals
- Territory Development: Expand ZoneSafe’s presence in target sectors and regions
- What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience (Ideally in Safety, Materials handling, Waste and Recycling or Warehousing)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Ability to understand technical products and translate features into benefits
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as you will be required to travel throughout the UK to demonstrate our product.
