The Role


As a .NET Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building secure, scalable backend services and cloud-native applications using .NET Core and Azure PaaS. The role involves contributing to architectural decisions, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core and event-driven architecture.

• Build and manage Azure PaaS components (SQL Database, Storage, Event Hub, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, APIM, Functions, Key Vault, App Insights).

• Implement unit and integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines.

• Diagnose and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural improvements.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

• Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable and high-performing applications.

• Build and deploying cloud applications using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.


Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience:


• Strong experience in .NET Core and REST API design.

• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services (SQL, Storage, Event Hub, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, APIM, Functions, Key Vault).

• Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.

• Proficiency in Entity Framework Core, SQL, and database design.

• Good understanding of design patterns (Repository, CQRS).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Ability to work collaboratively and handle complex tasks independently.


Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Knowledge of distributed caching (Redis).

• Familiarity with API lifecycle management.

• Exposure to performance tuning and scalability strategies.
