Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Baked Product Development Manager to join KP Snacks. If you're passionate about baked goods and innovation, this could be your next adventure!

This role focuses on our baked snacks portfolio, leading product development from concept to commercialization. You'll be a key member of our UK R&D leadership team, enhancing our R&D tools and processes, and driving technical excellence.

Reporting to the Head of R&D, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across KP and Intersnack Group, including marketing, supply chain, procurement, and academia, as part of our One R&D Community.

This position is ideal for someone with solid R&D experience in FMCG, with a passion for baked categories and a desire to influence our R&D capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead baked snacks projects: Develop and commercialize new baked snacks, overseeing recipe formulation, scale-up, and trials, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Deliver projects with technical excellence: Design experimental plans, focus on data-led decisions, and embed R&D best practices.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with manufacturing, marketing, procurement, and flavor teams to ensure project viability and innovation.
• Develop yourself and others: Influence UK R&D strategy and nurture talent within the organization.

• Experience in developing baked goods within FMCG
