Are you organized, friendly, and ready to make a difference in healthcare? Belfast Trust is seeking a dedicated NHS Band 2 Admin Assistant to support our Imaging department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge Radiology Information Systems and provide vital administrative support across multiple sites.
What You'll Do:
Register referrals using Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archive Systems (PACS) in line with Integrated Elective Access Policy (IEAP) and department protocols. Liaise effectively with clients, staff, and departments both inside and outside the Trust to ensure smooth service delivery. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and typing. Provide friendly and professional cover at Imaging reception desks, embodying Trust values. Handle telephone calls, mail distribution, and day-to-day queries efficiently. Participate in mandatory training and staff reviews to maintain high professional standards. Work flexibly across shifts, including long days, weekends, and bank holidays across Belfast Trust sites. What We're Looking For:
