The successful candidate will provide an outpatient, occupationally focused community mental health service within their designated Area of Responsibility, supporting military personnel with complex mental health needs. Working as part of a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), the postholder will manage a complex caseload, conduct comprehensive assessments, provide clinical supervision, and contribute to the development of high-quality mental health services.
