Key Duties Greet patients and visitors in a calm and professional manner

Manage reception desk, access control, and visitor sign-in procedures

Answer and transfer calls via the switchboard

Support emergency and incident procedures when required

Complete general administrative tasks and maintain tidy reception areas

Essential Requirements Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident IT skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
