This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, high-calibre finance practice working on market-leading matters across the full spectrum of leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, and debt restructurings. The firm’s client base includes top-tier investment banks, private equity houses, institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers.

You will work on:

Leveraged acquisition finance and sponsor-backed deals Bilateral and syndicated lending, investment grade and sub-investment grade Debt restructurings and special situations Cross-border financings and complex capital structures

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance, with a strong emphasis on leveraged finance Experience gained at a leading City, Silver Circle, or international law firm Strong deal management skills and the ability to hit the g...
