The Opportunity

A distinguished high-net-worth family residing in the heart of London is seeking an experienced and discreet full time Waitress to join their fast paced 4 storey stunning private family home in Mayfair.

The Job

Due to a member of the team leaving to attend family commitments, the family is now seeking a full time Waitress/Lead Server/Butler to deliver exceptional fine-dining service within their household. You will lead and supervise staff during formal and informal meals, events and private functions, maintaining the highest standards of etiquette, discretion and professionalism. Day to day you will act as the primary point of contact for table service, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, household staff and guests. You will oversee table settings, silver service and presentation in line with formal service protocols. Ensure immaculate presentation of dining rooms, service areas and pantry spaces before and after service. You will help train, mentor and support junior staff as well as outsourced teams for events. Liaise closely with chefs, house managers and estate management to ensure flawless service standards whilst handling guests with confidence, warmth and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience in similar private households, 5 or 6* hotels, private yachts or UNHW/HNW settings.

Hours: Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm - additional hours may be required on some days due to guests but these will be offset by reduced hours on other working days.
