As Bar Manager, youll be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service while driving the bars commercial performance.
What youll be doing:
Leading day-to-day bar operations with a strong presence on the floor
Creating and evolving a thoughtful drinks offering, including cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
Managing stock, GP, ordering, and supplier relationships
Training and developing a confident, service-driven team
Ensuring smooth, professional service that complements the wider guest experience
What were looking for:
Previous experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant ready to step up
A genuine passion for hospitality, with an eye for detail and service standards
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margins and cost control
A natural leader who enjoys building and motivating a team
Someone who brings energy, personality, and a sense of ownership to their role
