We are a friendly family orientated members CIU social club, in Bellegrove Road, Welling,looking for a hard working, honest and conscientious member of the team. Running a bar and a team of bar staff. Liasing with and reporting to Bar Steward .Collaborate with other bar staff and team members to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Stock management and ordering. Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed.
Good cellar knowledge including line cleaning is a must.
Rotas and time sheets.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Cashing up tills.
Responsible for all monies retained in safe.
Previous bar management experience essential. This is not a live in position. Bond required, will be discussed at interview. Variable shifts, including weekends and evenings, 5 shifts per week, plus holiday and sickness cover. TPBN1_UKTJ
