This is a hands-on Bar Manager role in a busy, multi-level venue in Central London 4 floors, 7 bars, and strong events trade . Youll be leading a team of around 12, staying close to the floor, and making sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day. Perfect for someone who enjoys high-volume environments , team development, and being right in the middle of the action.
The Role: Overseeing multiple bars within the venue Leading and developing a team of 12 Staying very present on the floor Supporting high-volume service and events
Youll need: Bar Manager experience in high-volume / multi-outlet venues Strong leadership and training skills Events experience Organised, proactive, and good energy
