Bar Manager required for a modern and up and coming concept with a site in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic time to join the company, this role is working under the GM. It is a upbeat team, fast-paced, really fun bubbly environment. Bar Manager £30-34k, they sell all your standard drinks plus a range of cocktails as well.

The role
As a bar manager, you will run the bar, ensure the bar is all stocked and run the bar in service. You will have the Assistant Bar Manager working under you and a team of bar staff. They sell all the standard bar items plus cocktails. Customers order drinks on the app and then pick them up at a drink collection station, this is the same with the food as well, there is a collection station. It is really up and coming brand and forward thinking.

Experience
We are looking for a Bar Manager with a personal license, you will have good drinks knowledge and be able to run a bar. You will be able to train the bar staff and ensure everything runs smooth.
