You own the bar operation end to end; from product quality and speed of service to team training, stock control and guest experience. You lead from behind the bar, set standards and ensure the bar is a place guests love to sit, drink and return to. What we're offering From £32,000 annual salary + Service charge

More benefits to come Key Responsibilities Bar & Guest Experience : Deliver fast, confident, and generous service while being present behind the bar during peak times.
Leadership & Culture : Lead, train, and motivate the bar team, setting clear expectations for speed, service, and presentation.
Operations : Manage day-to-day bar setup, rotas, and maintenance to ensure the bar is always clean and service-ready.
Commercial & Financial : Manage beverage stock, ordering, and wastage to protect margins while driving sales through product knowledge.
Compliance : Ensure licensing, health & safety, and food safety standards are met, including correct allergen labelling.
