Title Bars Manager | Position - Assistant Manager Londons Flagship Social Entertainment Venue | Victoria

Are you a natural host, accomplished drinks professional, and confident operator who thrives in a fast-paced, late-night environment? This is an opportunity to take ownership of one of Londons most exciting bar operations, based within our 10,000 sq. ft. flagship venue in Victoria, featuring 22 private karaoke rooms and our destination bar, Bam Bam.

We are seeking a Bars Manager who is passionate about all things drinks and hospitality, and equally comfortable leading from the front. This is a senior operational role, combining creative ownership of the drinks proposition with real responsibility for running the venue.
The Role This is not just a bar-led position. As Bars Manager, you will also operate as a Duty Manager and regularly act as Manager on Duty (MOD), with responsibility for the smooth running of the entire venue during service , while retaining clear ownership of the drinks function.
Your remit will include:
Full leadership and development of the bar and beverage programme across the venue

Creative direction, consistency, and commercial performance of cocktails, wine, and all drinks categories

Recruitment, training, and mentoring of a high-performing bar team

Acting as MOD, overseeing the full operation during service, including guest experience, team performance, and real-time decision-making

Strong operational control across compliance, stock, margins, and service standards

Close collaboration with the wider management team, with a solid working understanding of how the food operation runs

Being a visible, confident leader on the floor, setting the tone for both guests and team

While your core responsibility remains drinks , you will be trusted to lead the venue holistically when on duty.
The Package Salary circa £45,000, depending on experience

Easy access to Victoria, London is strongly preferred

Knowledge of retail systems such as Marketman and Lightspeed advantageous
