A Day in Your Neighbourhood Own the vibe : As our Bar Manager, set the tone and energy of our cocktail bar, making it the heartbeat of the hotel and a local favourite. Support the events team in running the private bar as and when required. Raise the bar : Create and evolve a drinks menu thats seasonal, stylish, and rooted in local flavour, from creative cocktails to curated spirits. Lead with confidence : Manage daily bar operations, stock, compliance, and financial performance; ensuring standards are as high as our spirits. Grow your team : Inspire, recruit, and develop a team of bartenders and bar staff who bring the energy and flair to every shift. Whats Your Story? You bring both style and substance, a service pro who understands what makes a great bar tick. To thrive in this role as our Bar Manager, youll ideally have: Experience running a bar in a lifestyle hotel or destination venue A creative eye for mixology and drink trends Confidence in managing staff, rotas, and stock control A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach Excellent customer service and people management skills Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and allergen standards Experience opening a new bar or venue is a bonus!
