Surrounded by boutique shops and literary history, it’s a vibrant spot where tradition meets trend, perfect for everything from after-work drinks to relaxed dinners.

The Perseverance Pub  is a much-loved local pub full of charm, character, and a buzzing atmosphere. We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences and leading by example.

The Role – Pub Supervisor

You’ll be confident on both bar and floor, supporting the management team with day-to-day operations, and inspiring the team to deliver brilliant hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented team leader with food-led pub experience, looking to grow within Market Taverns.

What You’ll Need

Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader in hospitality

Strong communication and people skills

Passion for customer service and genuine guest engagement

Confidence with opening/closing procedures

Positive, can-do attitude
