We are looking for experienced and reliable Bar Supervisors to join our agency team, supporting a range of exciting venues and hospitality spaces. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading teams to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise bar staff and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Oversee drink preparation and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
  • Support training and motivate team members during shifts

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in busy environments
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events
  • Personal licence (preferred but not essential)
