Your Job: Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
Experienced making great coffee and carrying plates (or eager to learn!)
Well-presented and engaging with guests
Ability to multitask and work quickly
Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
What You'll Need: Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is desired but not essential.
Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation is desired but not essential
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
