About The Role

At Butlin’s, we’re proud to be the Home of Entertainment. Every year we host 24+ Big Music Weekends, welcoming around 7,000 guests per break who come ready to party — and that’s just the start!

Alongside our adult breaks, we deliver unforgettable family experiences with world‑class productions as seen on TV, including headline acts like The Masked Singer.

If you love fast‑paced, high‑energy environments where no two days are ever the same, our bars are where the magic happens.

Our bar teams are right at the heart of the action. From pouring drinks to creating an atmosphere our guests can’t stop talking about, you’ll be part of the team that brings every celebration, every show, and every big moment to life.

Experience is great — but passion is even better. If you’re friendly, energetic and passionate about guest service we’ll teach you everything else you need to know.

You’ll be surrounded by a brilliant, supportive team who will help you build confidence, learn new skills and truly get stuck in. 

Whether you’re brand new to hospitality or already have bar experience, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow within the bars team and across the wider resort.
