Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender / Barista role

• Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and food menus, as well as other hotel outlets and services.

• Prepare and serve high-quality drinks, including specialty coffees and bar beverages, in line with brand standards.

• Follow service standards by confidently upselling and making informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

• Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle guest feedback or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, complete opening and closing procedures, and ensure all equipment is properly cared for and maintained.

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, communicating clearly and effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
