About The Jetty Set within the 5-star Harbour Hotel Southampton , The Jetty is a 2 AA Rosette restaurant known for its seafood-driven menus, chic bar, and vibrant waterside setting. Our bar plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a strong focus on elegant classics, signature cocktails, premium wines, and standout service. The role Were searching for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our front-of-house team at The Jetty. You will have a strong background in bar service within a quality hospitality environment, with solid knowledge of classic cocktails and a confident, engaging approach with guests. What were looking for: Proven experience in a premium bar or cocktail-led venue
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar techniques
Passion for hospitality and an eye for detail
Great energy, communication, and teamwork
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
