Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role
Provide personalised and attentive service,anticipatingguest needs and preferences to create memorable experiences
Take responsibility for the setup, smooth operation, and closing of the bar
Maintain strong knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently advise guests
Follow departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service consistency and quality
Promote and upsell premium drinks,special offers, and food pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
About You
Previous experience as a bartender in a premium hospitality environment is preferred. You have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
