Newly created role in a US law firm for a Bid Specialist, focusing on their Riyadh office. London based with 4 days in the office a week. Salary up to £70,000.

This major US law firm is looking for a Pitch Specialist to join its team in the London office to work with partners in their Riyadh office. The role will work alongside another Pitch Specialist for the jurisdiction as well as the wider international and London Pitch teams. The role holder will be expected to add value at each stage of the process, develop and refine best practice, display a passion for bids and enjoy the high-pressure environment.

This position involves:

• End to end bid and pitch management – strong project management required;
• Working with partners, playing an advisory role;
• Developing bespoke, high-quality content and bringing fresh ideas;
• Working with the wider team to develop their pitch skills;

The successful applicant will have a track record of leading strategic bids, with demonstrable experience of start to finish pitch management. This could be from a previous bid role or from a wider business development role. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, have a true flair for pitching and be capable of influencing senior partners.
