I'm currently working in partnership with a well-established, growing international freight forwarding business to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable logistics provider with decades of experience delivering global freight solutions across air, sea, and road. The business has built a strong name in the market through service quality, long-standing client relationships, and a flexible, customer-first approach.

The Role
This is a hybrid, field-based sales position, focused on driving new business growth across the Midlands and surrounding areas.
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Develop and manage your own pipeline across multimodal freight (air, sea & road)
- Identify opportunities within import/export and supply chain solutions
- Build long-term relationships with SME and corporate clients
- Work closely with internal operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
About You
- Proven track record in freight forwarding sales (air/sea/road)
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in cold business development
- Commercially driven with the ability to win and grow accounts
- Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain solutions
- Full UK driving licence
