Your new role As a Behaviour and Welfare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the highest standards of behaviour, welfare and personal development across the school. Working as part of the Behaviour and Welfare Team, you will: Assess and evaluate pupil behaviour patterns and contribute to setting clear targets for improvement. Provide 1:1 behaviour support, including co-regulation, to individual learners when needed. Support the development of staff behaviour management skills in line with the school's Positive Relationships (Behaviour) Policy.
