Prospero Teaching is looking for a Behaviour Mentor / Corridor Supervisor to support a secondary school in Forest Gate. This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and passionate about supporting student behaviour and maintaining a positive school environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Patrol corridors and communal areas to ensure positive behaviour
Support students who are out of lessons or require additional supervision
Work closely with pastoral and behaviour teams
De-escalate situations and manage challenging behaviour effectively
Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Confident, resilient, and proactive approach
Experience with challenging behaviour (desirable)
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
