This dedicated provision supports children with complex SEMH needs who benefit from a highly structured, nurturing, and consistent environment. These are permanent, full-time roles, ideal for individuals with proven experience supporting pupils displaying SEMH needs or challenging behaviour. Role Overview: Behaviour Mentor – SEMH In this role, you’ll be part of a skilled, supportive team focused on helping pupils with significant emotional, behavioural, and social needs. You’ll work one-to-one and in small groups to help students regulate emotions, re-engage positively with their learning, and develop constructive behavioural strategies.
